Our associates are well equipped with the specific knowledge and tools they need to help them prosper in today’s marketplace. You will even experience training and support at both local and national levels. You will be enrolled in Premier Financial Partners’ extensive Career Development Program and you will receive on-the-job training from professionals in the areas of prospecting, selling and marketing techniques.

Training: A Three-Tier Approach

Premier Financial Partners has developed a three-tier program called the Career Development Series. Each phase of this series is linked to your experience level and to the specific needs for the markets you choose to serve.

Phase One: Market Building

This phase teaches you marketing and selling strategies. First, by working with your firm trainer, you will select the specific target markets in which you want to conduct your business by looking at segments in which you have prior experience or a special interest. Next, you will learn how to tap into these markets offering wealth management services You will also learn how to acquire referrals through our Prestige Recommendation. At the same time you will also be introduced to basic advisory skill courses. Gradually, you will develop a marketing plan that will serve as a business blueprint for Phase two. Your attendance at the Client Building Seminar signals the end of Market Building and your advancement into this new phase.

Phase Two: Client Building

Training in Client Building will expand upon what you have learned in the Market Building Series. You will learn additional sales and marketing techniques to help you attract new clients and also to serve your existing client base. With help from a trainer, you will also refine the marketing plan that you developed during Market Building.

Phase Three: Career Establishment

Premier Financial Partners will provide continuous training through continuing education, workshops, conferences and regional seminars. In this phase, you will be encouraged to pursue professional designations and certifications such as CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter), ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant), and CFP®/CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM. A high percentage of Premier Financial Partners associates hold one or more of these designations or certifications.

Compensation and Benefits

Although beginning advisors are paid while they learn through qualification for our training allowance program, they are still contemplating a career in sales. This means there is no salary, no guaranteed weekly paycheck. On the other hand, there is no ceiling on earnings, no haggling with your boss for a raise, no waiting for a promotion. The income that is earned is directly proportional to the effort and ability put forth.
