Mark was born and raised in Boonville, Missouri, and attended college at Pittsburg State University where he lettered four years on the football team and three years on the golf team. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration and a double major in Accounting and Economics.
Mark is very active at St Gabriel's Catholic Church and he is also a member of the Gladstone Chamber of Commerce. For 24 weekends a year, Mark works as an on field football official in the National Football League. When not working, Mark loves to golf, travel, and attend sporting events and concerts with his friends and family.
Mark has been married to his wife Rebecca for 34 years. They have 3 grown sons: Jason, Grant and Lincoln. He also enjoys spending time with his dog, Annabelle.
